Our Non smoking house is located just 2 km from the village center in a sunny and beautiful location - quiet but not isolated.

No through traffic - perfect for children.

From the balconies (South and West side) you can enjoy a magnificent view of the majestic mountains of Filzmoos. There are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails directly at our house. In winter there is a cross-country skiing track nearby the house.

 

The ski bus in winter and hiking bus in summer stops at our house - it is free!

Our apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished. 1st floor with 85 sqm - for 2 until 4 persons.

It includes:

   *  anteroom
   *  big kitchen: fully equipped with electric stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher
   *  bright bedroom
   *  second bedroom with washbasin
   *  cozy living room with satellite flat screen TV and Radio
   *  bathroom (hair dryer available) with bath, shower and 2 sinks
   *  toilet

Towels and bed and kitchen linen are available. Our furniture is all made of solid wood.
